Scope
- These Terms govern use of techh.store and purchases made through it.
- Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- Customers must provide accurate, current, and complete order information.
Products
- Reasonable efforts are made to present descriptions, specifications, images, and availability accurately.
- Screen settings and production variations may cause minor visual differences.
- Products may be changed, limited, or discontinued where legally permitted.
- Obvious listing or pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Orders and Contract Formation
- Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
- An automated order-receipt message does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
- A purchase contract is formed when the order is expressly accepted or dispatched.
- If an order cannot be accepted, the customer will be informed and any payment collected for that order will be refunded.
- We may reject orders involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, unavailable products, or obvious errors.
Prices and Payments
- Product prices, currency, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and the final total are displayed during checkout.
- Payment must be completed using an available checkout method.
- Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices.
Delivery
- The normal estimated transit period is 3 to 12 days after dispatch.
- Actual delivery may be affected by destination, carrier operations, customs, holidays, address errors, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with website security or availability
- Scrape or reproduce store content without authorization
- Impersonate another person
- Provide deliberately false payment or delivery information
Intellectual Property
- Store branding, text, photographs, graphics, layouts, and software are owned by or licensed to Natamour GmbH unless indicated otherwise.
- Website access does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

Liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- Liability remains unrestricted for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory product-liability claims.
- For slight negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited, where legally permitted, to foreseeable and typical loss.
Applicable Law
- German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of habitual residence.
- These Terms do not remove mandatory jurisdictional rights available to consumers.
Changes and Contact
- Updated Terms apply prospectively and do not ordinarily alter previously accepted orders.
